Description

This headstone, dating from the late 18th century, is made of local grey limestone and is located adjacent to the south wall of the Church of St Michael, beneath the first window from the east. It features a shouldered design with a rounded top and commemorates Melleora (surname illegible), who died in 1781, and Susanna (surname illegible), who died in 1771. The inscriptions for both individuals are positioned side by side.
