Description
The K6 telephone kiosk, located adjacent to Binkwell Cottages, is a standard design constructed mainly of cast iron and glass, and is square in shape. It is painted red overall and features long horizontal glazing in the door and sides. The crowns in the top panels are applied rather than perforated. There are rectangular white display signs that read "TELEPHONE" beneath the shallow domed roof.
This K6 kiosk appears to be in good condition, with intact glazing and display signs. It stands close to Binkwell Cottages, which is listed as Grade II, and the Church House Inn, which is listed as Grade II*. It is also near the Church of the Holy Trinity, which is listed as Grade I. The kiosk has a good visual relationship with these listed buildings.
