Linhay. Probably C18. Cob and stone rubble ; corrugated iron roof, half-hipped at right end, hipped at left end. Plan: Rectangular on plan, at right angles to Manor Cottages. Canted towards the road at the left end which has probably been rebuilt in stone rubble, with a large doorway. Exterior: Lofted. Loft window to the left, the right hand end is partly weather- boarded with 3 ground floor doorways and an open-fronted loft. Roof: Pegged collar rafter roof trusses, the principal rafters pegged into the vertical posts that divide the bays at the right end. Group value with Nos. 1 and 2 Manor Cottages
