Description

The building is a water conduit dated 1794, though it may have older origins. It is constructed from stone rubble and is a small square structure that encloses a well, featuring an iron gate at the front entrance. Inside, the conduit has an irregular shape, roughly circular, and includes a short flight of steep stone steps leading down to the well. The well head is adorned with a sandstone plaque inscribed with "1794 St Petrox Feoffees Water."
