Description

Parrots Corner is a house, likely once two cottages, dating from the early 18th century. It features rendered stone rubble walls and a hipped thatch roof, supported by three brick stacks—one axial and one at each end. The building has a three-room plan, probably converted from the original two cottages that were separated by an axial stack. The exterior is two storeys high with an asymmetrical front that has four windows. On the left side, there are late 20th-century small-paned casements with one, two, and three lights. On the right side, there are mid to late 20th-century two-light casements without glazing bars. A gabled porch is located to the left of centre, featuring a 20th-century part-glazed door. The interior was inaccessible during the survey.
