Description
This barn, located approximately 10 metres south-east of Voss Farmhouse, dates from the 18th or 19th century and was originally used as cow houses with a loft above. It is constructed from stone rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The ground floor has blocked doors that once led to the cow house, and above, there is a loft door flanked by ventilation slits. At the north end, there is a slightly lower extension, and its gable wall has been demolished to allow for vehicular access. Additionally, there is a 20th-century lean-to cattle shelter at the front, facing the farmyard. The barn is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
