  2. Circa 1824-5 (title deeds), built as one of a pair with No 37 (qv). 3 storeys. 2 window bays. Welsh slate roof. Rendered, timber-framed front. Entablature with flirted frieze and dentil cornice (partly masked by blocked out gutter). Splayed 3-light bay windows rise through 1st and 2nd floors with sashes. Modern shop fronts.
