Description

No. 19 South Street is a house that likely dates from the 18th century. It features roughcast mass wall construction and has an asbestos-slate roof that is gabled at both ends. The house has rear lateral stacks, although the materials used for these are not visible from the road. The main range is single-depth and consists of two rooms wide with a central entrance.

The building is two storeys tall and has a symmetrical three-bay front. It includes a half-glazed 20th-century front door and attractive 19th-century small-pane two-light casement windows, with six panes in each light, three of which are located on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
