Description

This is an 1840s house on the north-west side of East Street, South Molton. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is slate, with a moulded eaves cornice and plinth. The front elevation features three original sash windows with intact glazing bars. A central doorcase has pilasters and panelled reveals, above which is a rectangular fanlight with decorative glazing bars, and containing a six-panelled door.
