Description

Nos 38 and 39 East Street are a pair of buildings dating to the 1840s. No 38 is a two-storey building with a rendered exterior. It has a slate roof with a modillion cornice and three sash windows with vertical dividers. A central doorcase features a dentilled cornice, Tuscan columns, and panelled reveals. No 39 is a left-wing structure of the same period and style with three windows.
