Description

The Old Rectory is a mid-18th century building located on East Street in South Molton. It is two storeys high and has a stucco exterior with a slate roof. The building features a modillion eaves cornice and three sash windows with intact glazing bars and keystones. On the ground floor, there are two Venetian windows. The right side of the building is slate hung and includes a later verandah. Inside, there are two notable fireplaces dating from around 1770, with one featuring swags and urn decorations.
