Description

No 91 Eastleigh is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall, with attics and a basement, and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof adorned with a modillion cornice. The façade includes three sash windows that have verticals only, and there are end quoins at the corners. A prominent feature of the building is the massive granite Tuscan portico, and the forecourt is enclosed by cast iron spear railings.
