Description

Carisbrooke is a mid-19th century building located on the northeast side of East Street in South Molton. It is two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, topped with a slate roof. The building features a paired bracket cornice and has three sash windows with keystones that retain their glazing bars. The central entrance is framed by a doorcase with pilasters and a triglyph frieze, and it includes panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight with decorative glazing bars, and a six-panelled door.
