Description
95 Pilton Street is a house that dates from the early 19th century or earlier. It has a painted roughcast exterior and an asbestos slate roof that is gabled at both ends. The stacks are not visible from the front. The house is one room wide and two rooms deep, with an entrance located on the left side, accessed through a passageway that leads from the street.
The building is two storeys tall and features an asymmetrical arrangement of one window on the front. The passageway to the left has 19th-century floor tiles and extends to a rear courtyard. The front elevation facing the street includes a likely late 19th-century ground-floor canted bay that has a timber cornice and is glazed with two-pane horned sashes. On the first floor, there is a horned one-over-one pane sash window with margin panes. The interior has not been inspected.
