Vale Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Church Road in Georgeham. The building features whitewashed rendered rubble and cob construction, topped with a Norfolk reed thatch roof with gable ends. At the left end, there is a rendered stack with a tapered cap. The cottage is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade, which includes two sash windows on each floor. The upper windows have two over two panes, while the lower windows have margin glazing bars flanking a stable door that is covered by a slated gabled canopy. The interior has not been inspected.
