House with shop. Early C19. Solid rendered front. Roof not visible from street. Red brick chimney on each side wall. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Ground storey has shop front to right, house door to left, these flanked and separated by Doric pilasters supporting and entablature with dentilled cornice. Shop door half-glazed with raised-and-fielded bottom panel; house door 6-panelled, the 2 bottom panels flush. Upper-storey windows have barred sashes: 6 over 6 panes in 2nd storey, 3 over 6 panes in 3rd storey, except that the middle 3rd-storey window is blind. Top entablature. INTERIOR not inspected.
