Estate farmhouse. Mid C19. Render replacing stucco. dry slate roof with projecting front eaves on brackets and similar detail to projecting central pedimented gable; verge purlins to open-pedimented gable ends; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan with 2 front reception rooms flanking a central entrance and stair hall. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-bay front with central projecting pedimented bay. Segmental arches over original 16-pane hornless sashes. Central doorway within gabled and pedimented porch with detail smaller-scale but similar to main roof detail; planked door. INTERIOR: is virtually unaltered and features include open-well staircase with open string and stick balusters.
