Estate farmhouse. Mid C19. Incised stucco; dry slate roof with projecting eaves; 3 gabled roof dormers with original 2-light casements; brick gable stack towards left, brick axial stack towards right. Long double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic; 2:5-window range with original hornless sashes with thin glazing bars. Latticed porches with low-pitched gable roofs under 2nd-from-left and 4th-from left-hand bays of main part; 3-pane overlights and 6-panel doors. Oriel window to 1st floor of right-hand end. INTERIOR: not inspected. This house is a good example of an estate farmhouse and its interest is further enhanced by its grouping with a fine group of farm buildings (qv) as part of the whole model farm.
