Estate farmhouse. Mid C19 in appearance, probably a remodelling of a C17 house. Rendered walls; dry slate roof on 2 levels with projecting eaves and verges; brick end stacks and central rear lateral stack. 3-room plan EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. 5-window range, the 3-window range on the right as a symmetrical composition around a central doorway with earl-mid C19 16-pane hornless sashes and 6-panel door with fielded panels within a simple late C19 open wooden porch with diagonal boarding to the sides. Slightly recessed range on the left has C20 casement window over old 3-light casement window with 15 panes per light. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain features that would give dating evidence.
