Description

This is a late 18th-century stable block originally associated with Collipriest House. It has been converted into residential accommodation. The block is built of stucco and has a dry slate hipped roof. A prominent feature is the octagonal, domed, and louvered clock turret centrally positioned on the front roof slope. The block follows a rectangular plan.

The exterior is two storeys high and symmetrical, with a five-window front. Ground-floor openings are set within recessed, stilted round-arched panels supported by impost strings. The first floor has square windows with six-pane horned sashes. The ground floor has tall windows with 12-pane horned sashes, all of which were replaced in the 20th century. A central doorway has a triangular pediment above a 20th-century partly-glazed door.

The interior has not been inspected.
