Description

This is a parish boundary stone located at Washford Pyne, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. Made of granite, the stone is partly buried and stands approximately 0.5 metres high. It has a flat top and a triangular shape, with two faces that are angled forward. The left face is inscribed with the name "WOOLFARDISWORTHY" in Roman serif capitals, while the right face bears the name "WASHFORD PYNE."
