Description
This building is a circa 1830 red brick house on Magdalen Street. It is two storeys high with two sashes featuring glazing bars. The front door is set within a good doorcase, which includes a semi-circular fanlight supported by brackets. The door itself is made of panels, set within panelled reveals. The roof is slate. The house is part of a group with numbers 39, 40, 42 to 46, 49 and 50.
