Description

Lower End, part of the home of the Good Shepherd, is a building likely dating from the mid-18th century. It features a red brick front, three storeys, and a basement. The building has sash windows with wide flush frames, although some of the glazing bars have been altered. A modillion cornice adds to its architectural detail, and there is a good Ionic porch with a pediment. Incomplete wrought iron area railings with scrollwork panels are present, and the roof is slate. Inside, the building includes contemporary panelling and a staircase.
