MAGDALEN ROAD 1. 1092 (South Side) Nos 12 and 14 SX 9292 SE 7/262 29.1.53 II* 2. 1830-40. Unusual pair with good detail. Stucco. Two storeys. Rusticated ground floor with tall recessed sash windows, sashes above, glazing bars. Lower wings at sides have trellis porches. Main fronts have chamfered angles with wreath ornaments Eaves fascia has dog-tooth edging. One central chimney stack to pair. Hipped slate roof.
