Description

This house, number 16 Magdalen Road, dates to around 1840 and is constructed of stucco. The front facing Magdalen Road is two stories high with a two-window front. The ground floor windows are recessed and have segmental heads. There are small balconies on the first floor. The side elevation facing Wonford Road has a three-window front with a Tuscan porch. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The roof is hipped and covered in slate, with one modern dormer window.
