Description

This is a mid-19th century building on the south side of Magdalen Road. It is rendered and has two storeys and three windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within architrave surrounds. The facade features pilasters decorated with incised acroteria. A Tuscan porch is located to the side. The roof is hipped and covered in slate.
