Description

Avon House is an early 19th-century building featuring a symmetrical front that rises two storeys and has three windows. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The walls are rendered, with stone cills. The windows are sash types set within reveals. At the entrance, there is a porch designed in the Tuscan order, supported by two columns and two pilasters, which stands on three steps. The porch includes a fanlight within a round-headed opening.
