Description

This building, dating to around 1850, is a two-storey structure with attics, situated on the east side of Pennsylvania Road. It is constructed of stucco, with quoins marking the corners, and features a pediment at eaves level. The windows are sash windows, each with an architrave surround. The roof is slate.
