Description

The building at 23 Devonshire Place dates to circa 1840. It is constructed of stucco with quoins. The building has three bays, featuring a central splayed projection topped with a spire. Windows have diagonal glazing bars and label moulds. A Gothic verandah is present, characterised by clustered shafts and trefoil ornament. The roof is slate covered.
