Description

This house, number 8 Pennsylvania Road, dates from around 1820 to 1830. It is built with stucco and has two storeys and four windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The front features Greek detailing, including architraves around the windows and a round-headed doorway with incised reveals. The entrance has a six-panel door topped with a fanlight. A cornice runs along the top of the building, and there's a parapet above that; the roof is not visible. Numbers 8 to 24 (even numbers) form a group of buildings.
