Description

Nos 12 and 14 Pennsylvania Road are a stuccoed pair of houses dating from around 1820 to 1830. They are two storeys high with a four-window frontage. Number 12 lacks glazing bars in its windows. The houses have modern square-headed doors and an elliptical carriage arch. They feature a cornice and a parapet, with the roof being obscured. Nos 8 to 14 (even numbers) form a group.
