The ground floor features modern shops, while the first and second floors each have two two-storeyed segmental bowed bay windows with three-light sashes that include glazing bars. The first floor also has a canopied balcony with an iron balustrade. Tall central chimney stacks are rendered in cement. Nos 16 to 24 White Rock form a group.
