Description
Circa 1800, numbers 21 and 22 White Rock are a pair of three-story buildings with an attic. They are four bays wide and built of stucco, which is now painted. The buildings have a parapet; number 21 features a heavy molded cornice. The mansard roof is slate-covered, with later dormers added. The ground floor now contains modern shop fronts, while the first floor of one house has a canopied balcony with a cast iron balustrade. Both houses have bow windows that span two stories, each with three-light sash windows. A single sash window with original glazing bars is located to the right of each bow window. All original sash windows contain glazing bars. Numbers 16 to 24 form a group.
