Description

These are a pair of villas dating to circa 1840. They are constructed of stucco and feature three storeys, with three windows each. One bay is set forward. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The front of each villa features a very large porch supported by composite columns, leading to a six-panel door. Cast-iron balconies are present. A modillion cornice runs along the top of the building, which is topped with a slate roof. The properties are part of a group that includes numbers 5 to 14 on Clifton Hill.
