Description

These are a pair of villas dating to circa 1845. They are stuccoed and have two storeys, with four sash windows to the front. Plain pilasters define the bays, and a sill band runs along the base. The ground floor features a semi-elliptical bay window on either side, with two tripartite windows located between them. Simple doorways are situated on the return sides; the doorway to No. 50 has a stuccoed pilaster porch and a four-panelled door, while the doorway to No. 48 has a moulded architrave, a rectangular fanlight, and a modern porch. A later addition is visible to the rear of the properties. A bold, lined cornice sits beneath a hipped slate roof.
