Description

St John’s Cottage is a good example of a later "Cottage Ornée" built around 1840. It is a two-storey building rendered in a white finish. The front facing the garden features a verandah and two steeply-pitched gables. The windows have six hood moulds above them, fancy glazing bars, and casements. The gables have pierced bargeboards. The roof is slate-covered.
