Description

Winkhouse Farmhouse is likely an early 18th century building located on Sidmouth Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of roughcast cob with a hipped thatch roof. The farmhouse features three casement windows with glazing bars, which have been altered. There is a flat entrance canopy supported by shaped brackets. In the garden, at the west corner, there is a small square thatched outbuilding that has casements and a plain entrance. The farmhouse is situated in a prominent position by the roadside.
