Description

Lower Barn is a probably 17th-century, altered, two-storey rectangular house made of cob with a hipped thatch roof. It features three casement windows on the first floor and has a central entrance, along with an additional entrance to the south. There is a barn extension to the south that has been converted into a wing dwelling, which includes wide glazed double doors at the ground floor. Lower Barn, along with Orchard Green, Crofter's Court, and Higher Barnes, forms a group.
