Description

Dulshayes is a farmhouse dated 1815, featuring the initials HTM on the south wall. It is constructed of stone rubble and has a square plan with a thatched hipped roof. The east elevation has two storeys and three bays, with sash windows set in red brick surrounds that have flat arches and keystones. The central doorway is round-arched, with panelled reveals, a panelled door, and a semi-circular fanlight above. There are brick chimney stacks on the side walls. Inside, there is a contemporary staircase with stick balusters and a handrail that is ramped up to turned newels.
