Description

Hills Farmhouse is a circa 1840 farmhouse constructed of stone rubble with a rendered front. It has a slate roof with gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The front features three windows, each with a stone mullion and transom design, incorporating four-centred arch lights and metal lattice frames, all beneath dripmoulds. A two-storied gabled porch is centrally located, featuring a plain four-centred arch doorway with a 20th-century door. Rebuilt rendered brick chimney stacks are situated over the gable ends. A long wing extends to the rear, creating an L-shaped plan and featuring similar window detailing.
