Description

Brook House is an 18th-century house in Kilmington. It is built of stone rubble, with an asbestos slate roof featuring gabled ends. The house has two storeys and a three-window front. It has three-light casement windows. The central doorway has a 20th-century glazed porch. Rendered chimney stacks rise above the gable ends. An adjoining, one-storey and attic outbuilding from the 19th century is located on the south side. The building is included on the list for its group value.
