Detached cottage. Late Cl7 or early C18. Cob, stone plinth, plastered under half- hipped thatched roof. End stacks with brick shafts. 2 storeys. Rear: all casements C20, the upper windows under eyebrow eaves with boarded gables. Central porch with two 2-light pointed windows. One C19 2-light window to right- hand end, another to left-hand end, with late C20 door and large window to rear. Interior: left-hand room with fireplace, chamfered stone jambs, one with a run-out stop; a similar fireplace to the right-hand room with side oven. Roof: 3 trusses, the principals coming well down in wall and resting on timber upright; halved and morticed on apex; collars; purlins trenched.
