Description
Bulverton Cottages is a 17th-century, two-storey cob cottage with a thatched roof, located on Dark Lane. It has been extensively restored, featuring modern casements and a door on the ground floor, while 19th-century casements are still present on the first floor. The wall by the door displays a date of 1537. This cottage is part of a small rural development situated just north of Sidmouth, near the junction of Dark Lane and Bulverton Road.
