Description
Bulverton Well Farmhouse is a 17th and 18th century, two-storey building constructed of cob. It has a gable-end roof, originally thatched but now covered in pantiles. A later brick addition extends from the north end. The farmhouse has four windows, fitted with 19th-century casements, some with one light and others with two. A lean-to addition is also present. The farmhouse is situated within a small rural development, just north of Sidmouth, close to where Bulverton Road meets Dark Lane.
