The cottage has a cross-passage plan and is a single storey with an attic, consisting of three bays. The ground floor has 19th-century two and three-light casements, while the first floor has 20th-century casements set in thatched gabled dormers. There is a central door opening with a studded plank door in a moulded surround, and a 20th-century trellis porch. At the rear, there is a later wing built at right angles to the main structure.
