Description

Sweethams is a 17th-century cottage that has undergone alterations and additions. It is two storeys high, constructed of cob with a thatched roof. The building features a wing at the southwest corner and another at the rear. It has casement windows with glazing bars. This picturesque cottage is situated in a prominent position on the road to Sidmouth Junction.
