Description

Town Millhouse is a probably 18th-century building that has been altered. It is two storeys high with an attic, constructed of red brick and topped with a slate roof. The building is located adjacent to the Mill on the west side. It features casement windows and a six-panel door. The mill is referenced in "Short notes on Church and Parish of Ottery St Mary" by the Reverend S. W. Cornish, DD. All the listed buildings in Mill Street form a group.
