These are a group of four 19th-century, two-story cob cottages located on School Street in Sidford. They are part of a row that also includes numbers 3 to 7 and the British Legion Hall. The cottages have thatched roofs and feature 19th-century wooden casement windows; number 11 has windows with glazing bars. They also have plain cottage doors. Numbers 1 to 7, the British Legion Hall, numbers 8 to 12, and Crossways Cottage form a group.
