Description

This barn, located approximately 5 metres north-east of Woodhayne Farmhouse, dates back to 1830. It is constructed from local stone and flint rubble, topped with a slate roof. The barn faces south-west and features large, full-height opposing double doorways that open onto the threshing floor. Built down a hillslope, it has two raking buttresses to the right of the front doorway and a small secondary doorway to the left. The roof is gable-ended and includes a hayloft loading hatch at the left end. The interior has not been inspected.
