Description

Woodhouse Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 16th century, featuring a modern extension at the west end. It has a long range built of stone rubble and is topped with a new tile roof that has gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and has six windows, which are modern casements with glazing bars. To the right of the centre, there is a modern gabled stone porch. The farmhouse has rendered chimney stacks at the ridge and ends.

Inside, there is a cross passage with plank and muntin screens, one of which has a Tudor arch doorway. Another similar screen is located at the west end. The room at the east end features a chamfered ceiling beam and joists with stops.
